Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit amount is specified on this booking and is held as security against loss, damage, or late return of rental equipment. The deposit will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days of the equipment being returned in its original condition. Bearly Equipt reserves the right to deduct from the deposit any costs associated with damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or late returns.
Damages, Loss or Theft
The Client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at Bearly Equipt's discretion and charged to the Client. In the event of theft or loss, the Client agrees to file a police report and provide a copy to Bearly Equipt upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Bearly Equipt.
7 or more days before the rental start date: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
3–6 days before the rental start date: 50% of the rental total will be retained; the remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours before the rental start date: No refund will be issued.
No-shows: The full rental amount is forfeited.
Bearly Equipt reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
