Booking & Rentals

  • Simply choose your rental package, select your dates, complete your booking online, and you'll receive a confirmation email with pickup details.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and long weekends during camping season. Popular dates can book up weeks in advance.

  • We offer flexible rental periods including:

    Need something longer? Contact us for custom rental options.

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. The deposit is returned after all equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be clean, complete, and undamaged.

  • We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.

Pickup & Returns

  • Pickup and return instructions will be provided after your booking confirmation. We're conveniently located in Calgary.

  • Pickup is available during scheduled business hours. Your confirmation email will include your selected pickup time.

  • Return times are scheduled during booking. Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.

Camping Questions

  • Definitely! Our goal is to make camping simple and stress-free. We provide quality equipment and helpful resources so you can enjoy your first camping experience with confidence.

  • You'll want to pack:

    • Clothing suitable for the weather

    • Personal toiletries

    • Food and beverages

    • Medications

    • Towels

    • Flashlight or headlamp

    • Phone charger or power bank

    We'll take care of the camping gear!

  • At this time, rentals are pickup only. Delivery may become available in the future.

  • At this time, we cannot accommodate pets in our rental gear. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

  • There are many amazing campgrounds throughout Alberta, including Banff, Kananaskis, Bow Valley, Bragg Creek, and nearby provincial parks. Be sure to reserve your campsite in advance during peak season.

Equipment

  • Each package includes the camping essentials needed for your adventure. Depending on the package, this may include:

    • Tent

    • Sleeping bags

    • Sleeping pads

    • Camp chairs

    • Stove

    • Cookware

    • Cooler

    • Dinnerware

    • Lantern

    • Ground sheet

    Each package page lists exactly what's included.

  • Absolutely! Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and tested after every rental.

  • Our tents are weather-resistant and designed for Canadian camping conditions. However, no tent is completely waterproof in severe weather, so we always recommend proper setup and using the rainfly.

  • Not at all! We provide setup instructions, helpful checklists, and we're happy to answer any questions before your trip.

  • Absolutely! Our packages are designed for everyone—from first-time campers to experienced outdoor enthusiasts.

Damage & Cleaning

  • Normal wear and tear is expected. If equipment is damaged beyond normal use or items are missing, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security deposit.

  • Please return equipment reasonably clean and free of garbage or food. Excessively dirty equipment may be subject to a cleaning fee.

  • Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

Cancellations

  • Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • Yes! Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
